Refund policy
UK Returns and Exchanges
Alongside a regular refund or exchange policy, we now offer store credit against refunds ~ of your order value + 10%.
UK Customers, please register all returns and exchanges via our online portal where you will be guided through the simple step by step process and issued with a shipping label, the cost of which will be deductible against your refund value (we offer free exchanges).
International Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to to refund or exchange your order, please email hello@toastiekids.com and the team will assist you with the next steps.
All Customers:
Our returns and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with swing tags in place. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 working days please contact the team at hello@toastieexplorer.com and we will be happy to assist.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. - If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You should expect to receive an order confirmation for any exchanged items.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are returning an item via the Post Office, we advise requesting a proof of postage slip.
